The EUROKIDS website is protected under the provisions relating to copyright as defined in articles L.111-1 and following of the French intellectual property code. EUROKIDS holds all intellectual property rights to the elements comprising the website. Without prejudice to the provisions set out in article L.122-5 of the intellectual property code, any full or partial representation, reproduction, or distribution of the website, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior and express authorization of EUROKIDS constitutes an act of infringement, punishable under articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the same code. Furthermore, the EUROKIDS trademark is protected under articles L.712-1 and following of the intellectual property code. Any full or partial representation, reproduction, or distribution of the EUROKIDS trademark, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior and express authorization of EUROKIDS constitutes an act of infringement, punishable under article L.716-1 of the same code.
